Construction of the mixed-use development, including the hawker centre, will commence after Phase 1 of the Jurong Region Line works, which is projected by LTA to be completed in 2027. Agencies are, currently, studying the development plans and will provide further updates when ready.
Choa Chu Kang residents can also look forward to the new hawker centre in the nearby Yew Tee Integrated Development, which is projected to be completed in 2027.
