Mr Chua Kheng Wee Louis asked the Minister for National Development in each year over the last 10 years, (a) what is the number of HDB flats eligible for resale within one year, five years and 10 years after the five-year minimum occupation period (MOP) respectively; and (b) what is the number of direct-purchase HDB flats sold within one year, five years and 10 years of meeting MOP respectively.
