Summary written by AI (learn more)

Mr Louis Ng Kok Kwang asked for the number of veterinarians who received written warnings, composition fines, or licence suspension or revocation over the past decade for failing to advise clients on non-surgical alternatives to cat declawing or dog debarking or to exhaust reasonable management efforts before surgery.
The Minister for National Development responded that over the past 10 years, NParks has not received any reports nor come across such behaviours by veterinarians.
This implies there were no incidents meeting the criteria described in the question, so the requested counts would be zero for all categories.
