Mr Gan Thiam Poh asked the Minister for National Development (a) what is the projected number of five-year-old private non-landed properties in 2017 and in the next three years whereby sellers will not be subjected to the seller's stamp duty; and (b) how many of these properties are in the Core Central Region and outside of the Core Central Region respectively.
