Mdm Speaker, I refer to my speech in Parliament on 1 March 2017, where I referred to a visit that I had made to a new Build-To-Order (BTO) development in Nee Soon South earlier this year. [Please refer to "Debate on Annual Budget Statement", Official Report, 1 March 2017, Vol 94, Issue No 36.]
I visited the site in my capacity as a Member of Parliament for the constituency. As a Member of Parliament, I normally visit all new BTOs in the neighbourhood when they are completed. For the record, I would also like to declare that I was the Qualified Person for the project. Thank you.
