Mr Gerald Giam Yean Song asked the Minister for National Development (a) how many properties were sold in each of the last 10 years for more than $1.5 million, with a breakdown by residential, commercial and industrial properties; (b) of those sold for above $1.5 million, what were the (i) average and (ii) median selling prices, with a breakdown by residential, commercial and industrial properties.
