The Land Transport Authority (LTA) is carrying out a trial installation of noise barriers at three locations, namely, the Anak Bukit Flyover of the Pan-Island Expressway, the West Coast Highway and a new flyover along Braddell Road. The trial will allow LTA to evaluate the effectiveness and visual impact of such barriers as well as ascertain the challenges in installation and maintenance.
