Number of BTO Flats Completed Ahead of Schedule

Mr Gan Thiam Poh asked the Minister for National Development (a) in the last two years, how many BTO flats have been completed with temporary occupation permits (TOP) obtained ahead of schedule; and (b) how many new BTO flats will be completed ahead of schedule with TOP obtained in 2013 and 2014.

In the past two years, all 28,000 HDB flats scheduled were completed and obtained temporary occupation permits (TOP) ahead of the schedule communicated to buyers. All 42,300 HDB flats scheduled in 2013 and 2014 are currently on track to be completed on schedule.
