Adequacy of S&CC Rebates and Support Measures in Cushioning HDB Households from Pressures due to Higher Energy Costs

Dr Wan Rizal asked the Prime Minister and Minister for Finance whether existing service and conservancy charges (S&CC) rebates and other support measures remain sufficient to cushion HDB households from broader cost-of-living pressures arising from higher energy and fuel costs.
