Biodiversity Studies for Tagore Forest

Mr Dennis Tan Lip Fong asked the Minister for National Development (a) whether baseline biodiversity studies have been conducted for Tagore Forest; and (b) whether the Government has studied conserving all or part of the forest as a buffer park to the Central Catchment Nature Reserve given its ecological importance.
