Debated in Parliament on 10 Sep 2026.
Ms He Ting Ru asked the Acting Minister for Manpower (a) whether the Ministry has reviewed recent findings from the 2025 WorkWell Leaders Impact Measure on the organisational factors driving workplace well-being and performance; and (b) whether the Ministry will work with its tripartite partners to update the Tripartite Advisory on Mental Well-being at Workplaces accordingly.
The Ministry of Manpower (MOM) has reviewed the findings from the 2025 WorkWell Leaders Impact Measure. For example, a key finding is that providing support for employees' needs beyond the workplace (for example, caregiving) boosts organisational well-being. This is consistent with the Tripartite Advisory on Mental Health and Well-being at Workplaces, which recommends that companies review their human resources and workplace policies to support employee mental well-being, including through the provision of flexible work arrangements.
MOM reviews the Tripartite Advisory on Mental Health and Well-being at Workplaces periodically in consultation with our Tripartite Partners and relevant stakeholders. We will draw on evidence from a range of sources, including the WorkWell Leaders' findings, for future updates.
