Conducting Environmental Impact Assessments at Master Planning Stage

Miss Rachel Ong asked the Minister for National Development whether, for forested or ecologically sensitive sites, Environmental Impact Assessments and public engagement can be conducted at the master-planning stage, before land is slated for development.
