Mr Chua Kheng Wee Louis asked the Minister for National Development what is the breakdown by flat-type for the number of BTO flats to be launched in (i) each of 2025, 2026 and 2027 and (ii) each year over the last five years.
The breakdown by flat type of Build-To-Order (BTO) flats launched from 2020 to 2025 is as follows:
*The 2025 figures include the indicative supply of each flat type to be launched in the October 2025 BTO exercise. The exact supply will be shared during the launch of the sales exercise.
More information on the 2026 and 2027 BTO supply will be shared when ready. We will continue to monitor the housing market closely and calibrate BTO supply to meet the housing needs of Singaporeans.
