Mr Gerald Giam Yean Song asked the Prime Minister (a) whether civil servants receive training on how to identify, refuse and report inappropriate requests from political office holders; and (b) what protections against retaliation does the Public Service whistle-blowing policies provide to civil servants who report inappropriate requests from political office holders.
