Ms Valerie Lee asked the Minister for National Development (a) to date, what is the number of private property owners who are given a waiver of the 15-month wait-out period after selling their private property and before buying a HDB resale flat; and (b) whether the Ministry considers changes in family circumstances, such as adequacy of space or financial circumstances, as a factor when granting the waiver.
